The Neville Island Iced Tea
At Primanti Bros. in Erie, Pennsylvania: Pomegranate, vodka, rum, midori, cranberry and sours.
From another bar in NYC: Milano Green Vodka, Fresh Ginger, House Lavender Syrup and Fresh Lemon.
Another one at the same great place: Fresh mint, brown sugar, Kentucky Bourbon, served in a classic julep cup.
This was a great one, and the bar (called “The Flatiron Room”) was one of the highlights of my NYC trip. Ingredients? Mezcal, Jalapeño-Agave Nectar, Basil Purée, Fresh Lime Juice, Mexican Cayenne Pepper Rim
Bourbon Chilled Chai
Had this one at the One World Trade Center: Made of Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Frangelico, Di Saronno Amaretto, Chai Tea, Honey, Half & Half. Quite an interesting mix!
4cl Gin, 4cl Blue Curacao, 2cl Grenadine Syrup, 4cl Lemon Juice, 6cl Pineapple Juice
