Pecan Nut Bourbon, Apple Reduction, Spiced Apple Foam – a fall favorite. At Baltho, Zurich.

One of the best in a long time, with Jalapeño-infused tequila. At Prospect, San Francisco.

Tequila, chili, lime, at Parcel 104 in Santa Clara.
