Tequila, Cointreau, mango puree, jalapeños, lime juice. Very boring and not great, but at least there’s a view. At High Rooftop Bar, Hotel Erwin in Venice, CA.

1800 Reposado Tequila, cinnamon, lime, lemon, agave, coconut, pineapple espuma. Outstanding variant in a marvelous spot, at George Bar & Grill in Zurich.

Black pepper rum, melon, honey and fresh lime. At Spirits in Cologne (a great place!). It’s the drink on the left btw.

Decent, nothing more, from a random cocktail bar in Düsseldorf 

Another one at La Drogheria; interesting variant, a bit sweet, but with a nice touch.

At Chop House in Ann Arbor, Michigan: Tequila, Blue Curacao, Malibu, Pineapple Juice, Salt and Lemon.

At Primanti Bros. in Erie, Pennsylvania: Pomegranate, vodka, rum, midori, cranberry and sours.

From another bar in NYC: Milano Green Vodka, Fresh Ginger, House Lavender Syrup and Fresh Lemon.

This was a great one, and the bar (called “The Flatiron Room”) was one of the highlights of my NYC trip. Ingredients? Mezcal, Jalapeño-Agave Nectar, Basil Purée, Fresh Lime Juice, Mexican Cayenne Pepper Rim
