1800 Reposado Tequila, cinnamon, lime, lemon, agave, coconut, pineapple espuma. Outstanding variant in a marvelous spot, at George Bar & Grill in Zurich.
Black pepper rum, melon, honey and fresh lime. At Spirits in Cologne (a great place!). It’s the drink on the left btw.

This was a great one, and the bar (called “The Flatiron Room”) was one of the highlights of my NYC trip. Ingredients? Mezcal, Jalapeño-Agave Nectar, Basil Purée, Fresh Lime Juice, Mexican Cayenne Pepper Rim
